Though elephants are not native to Bali, they are deeply rooted in the Hindu-Animistic culture of the Balinese. These endangered animals have been rescued from the encroachment of their natural habitat in Sumatra.
As with all our tours and activities, once your activity has been booked, one of our staff members will contact you to confirm the details of your activity and arrange pick-up. Our friendly, licensed driver will pick you up at your hotel and take you to one of several elephant parks based on the information you’ve provided us. You’ll get to the park, interact with the elephants and enjoy a ride, complete with pictures and background information from the park guide. Your ride can last from 15, 30, 40 and 60 minutes, depending on your preference.
When finished, you’ll be allowed to wash up and enjoy a traditional Balinese buffet from our 5-star chef.

Cancellations are always regrettable, but we understand that sometimes they cannot be avoided. In the case that you have to cancel your elephant ride, we can refund your payment up to 100% (less PayPal transaction fees) if your cancellation is 3 days before your scheduled ride. If you have to cancel 2 days before your ride, we can provide you with a 50% refund. We apologize that we cannot provide refunds the day of or the day before your elephant ride. Of course you can pet them. The elephants love human interaction and are used to being in close contact with you. You are not permitted to feed the elephants anything without the direct supervision of one of the guides.
