Goa Gajah
In the heart of the Gianyar regency lies this iconic temple of Goa Gajah in Bedulu. Also known as the Elephant cave, the temple is believed to be at least ten centuries old, but it was first discovered by westerners in the early 1920s. Aside from its beautiful architecture and rich depiction of the Balinese culture, the temple is also considered a sacred place where the shrine of the Buddhist child protector, Hariti, resides.

Gunung Kawi
In the Gianyar Regency just east of the Tampak Siring Village lies yet another amazing piece of Balinese culture – the nine Gunung Kawi Royal Monuments. Here you will find elegant bone carvings as well as Buddhist shaped shrines carved into the natural rock wall. The temple sits at the center of the nine Gunung Kawi Royal Monuments. Temple or tomb, some people refer to them as tombs.
Tirta Empul Temple
Considered sacred by the Balinese people, the temple stands out as a spiritual and emotional healing area, boasting of many courtyards and fitted bathing pools. These pools dispense a particular type of holy water that has for decades attracted huge crowds, both locally and internationally. It is believed that the temple hosts the fountain of immortality that was created by the Balinese god, Indra.

Kintamani Village
Without a doubt, the village of Kintamani remains one of the most popular tourist destinations in Bali. The village is home to one of Bali’s biggest tourist hotspots, volcanic Mt Batur. Kintamani has a serene and fresh atmosphere, scenic sites and breathtaking views from the rim of Mt. Batur’s Caldera where you can see the real beauty of the area portrayed by the stunning landscape and beautiful Lake.


Besakih Temple
Over 10 centuries old (1,000 years), Besakih temple overlooks northeastern Bali from the slopes of Mt. Agung, approximately 1,000 meters above sea level. The beautifully architectured Besakih complex is the largest temple in Bali and has at least 86 temples; the largest among them, Pura Penataran Agung, also known as the Great Temple of State.

Coffee Plantation
A tour of Bali wouldn’t be complete without a stop at one of its many coffee plantations. Taste a variety of coffee and blends from strong to smooth, from sweet to mellow. Among the most famous is Kopi Luwak, interestingly enhanced by the Luwak, a cat-like animal that, well, makes the coffee tastes so good. We’ll let the plantation give you the unbelievable history of how Kopi Luwak originally began.
